Me. Khadi Ndiaye

Over the years, Me Khadi Ndiaye has established herself as a key figure in criminal law in Gatineau & Ottawa, building her reputation on acquittals, withdrawals of charges and sentences tailored to each client’s particular situation. Her career, which began as a young child with the unwavering conviction of becoming a lawyer, has led her to a career where excellence and commitment are paramount. Even when guilt is recognized, Me Ndiaye fights to obtain the most lenient sentence possible given the particular circumstances of each case. Me Ndiaye honed her skills in a large-scale Montreal firm before settling in the Outaouais. She has a mastery of both criminal law and humanitarian immigration law (asylum application, family reunification application, humanitarian grounds application) thus offering an overall vision of the legal issues. What sets it apart? A strategic fighting spirit, an unwavering commitment, active listening and awareness that each case impacts lives. Deborah Enokou’s practice focuses on family law and economic immigration law. Mr. Enokou has defended immigration clients for inadmissibility for misrepresentation, war crimes to name but a few, not counting cases of reconsideration and judicial review. Marie-Astrid is much more than a brilliant law student: she has been a real strength in our firm since her beginnings with us in 2020. What was then only an internship in legal techniques quickly turned into a beautiful story of evolution and passion for law. Now a graduate in civil law, she is about to take another step by continuing her training at the École du Barreau du Québec. A logical continuation for her who has always been able to combine theoretical intelligence and practical sense.
